Class Availability: Seating arrangements are based on the number of people who have registered by April 12. For attendees who arrive without registering, we will accept your paid registration at the door if seats are available.

Discount for multiple registrations from same firm: First registrant pays full fee, all additional registrants deduct 20%.

Be sure to book your hotel room by April 12, 2012.

Refunds/Cancellations: All requests must be made in writing. Full refund, less a $100 administrative fee per registration,will be made for cancellations prior to April 12, 2012. Cancellations after April 12, 2012 will not receive a refund.
